Our products ship either from our San Diego location or our Hong Kong warehouse depending on the specific item and shipping method chosen.
For US orders, non-expedited shipping takes roughly two weeks. Expedited orders take roughly 3-7 business days. All international orders are Expedited. Holidays or high demand may slow processing times.
For non-US customers, please be on the lookout from the courier regarding payment of duties/VAT before delivery. For US customers, sales tax (if applicable) is charged at checkout time.
