FAQs

  • Please check your SPAM folder. The order confirmation is sent to the e-mail you specified on check out.

  • Please reply to your order confirmation email. Check the Shipping & Returns page for terms and conditions.

  • Our products ship either from our San Diego location or our Hong Kong warehouse depending on the specific item and shipping method chosen.

  • For US orders, non-expedited shipping takes roughly two weeks. Expedited orders take roughly 3-7 business days. All international orders are Expedited. Holidays or high demand may slow processing times.

  • For non-US customers, please be on the lookout from the courier regarding payment of duties/VAT before delivery. For US customers, sales tax (if applicable) is charged at checkout time.

  • Please make sure your console and cart are clean and in good working order. In many cases, non-functional consoles/carts will not output a signal to a RetroTINK meaning you won’t see anything.
